The Vaughn Ion Pro Select Senior Goalie Catcher is Vaughn’s latest top of the line glove with many new upgraded features from the SLR4 Pro Carbon. Structurally Vaughn has completely redesigned this glove to provide a wider and more open shape from the previous SLR line.

This glove features a carbon fiber molded palm with Shock Shield foam for increased impact protection, along with an aggressive pre-formed palm break for a game ready feel right off the shelf. The padded wrist strap has been repositioned closer to the hand, allowing for more wrist flex and enhanced wrist control.

Looking at the pocket of the glove Vaughn has included their dual spine Double T with deep T-web for maximum depth and volume. The wide span T-web is reinforced by carbon at the top allowing for a more open-catching surface, with increased stability and durability.

Two individual straps allow for a customized level of tension on the back of your hand, for a consistent feel all game long. Lastly this glove has a wide notch at the heel of the hand to improve stick control and feel when handling the puck.
